Angular Grippers 180°PG Series

Fully retractable fingers (180° opening): Eliminates the need to move the entire handling assembly backwards to disengage the workpiece. This feature makes the PG Series indispensable for demoulding applications and for extracting parts from dies or deep cavities.
High-precision mechanical centering: The anodized aluminium body incorporates precision centering holes with tight tolerances, allowing fast, repeatable and perfectly aligned installation without the need for tedious manual adjustments during installation or maintenance.

In high-speed automation applications, the presence of gripper fingers in the working area during rest or transfer movements can cause damaging collisions with moving components or surrounding equipment.

The PG Series (Airwork) 180° full-opening pneumatic grippers provide a definitive solution to this problem: during the opening phase, the two fingers rotate until they are completely parallel to the gripper body, freeing 100% of the front gripping area.
