Directly solenoid valves on cylinderVF Series

  • Can be mounted on any type of pneumatic cylinder
  • Extremely easy to install
  • Different types of coils can be mounted
  • High quality components

Perfect Integration and Immediate Response for Pneumatic Cylinder Control

The VF Series direct-acting solenoid valves are designed to be installed directly onto the supply ports of any pneumatic actuator or cylinder. This compact configuration merges the actuator and its control valve into a single integrated module, drastically reducing air volumes in the connecting tubes, eliminating response delays, and optimizing the overall energy efficiency of the system.

Equipped with G1/8″ or G1/4″ threaded supply fittings and a 1/8″ air inlet, these 3/2 Normally Closed (NC) valves include an integrated manual override to speed up testing, setup, and maintenance operations.

Applications and Industrial Sectors

Thanks to its modular mounting and direct cylinder connection, the VF Series is used across multiple industrial sectors:

  • Industrial Automation & Robotics: Direct control of short-stroke cylinders, micro-cylinders, or compact actuators in highly confined spaces.

  • Packaging & Packing Lines: Fast actuation of pneumatic ejectors, flow diverters, and automatic clamps where immediate response time is critical.

  • Pilot Systems & Process Valves: Used as compact solenoid pilots mounted directly onboard larger valves or pneumatic actuators.

  • Automated Machinery & Testing Stations: Ideal for reducing pneumatic piping complexity and speeding up setup testing via the manual override.
