The CH Series cartridge cylinders are the ideal solution for pneumatic automation applications where space is extremely limited and precise, reliable micro-movements are required.

Thanks to their special design with an externally threaded body, these micro-cylinders can be integrated directly into the machine body or installed with maximum flexibility using brackets and locknuts.

Installation Methods and Versatility

Thanks to the modularity of the threaded body, CH Series cartridge cylinders offer 3 different mounting options:

  1. Direct Integration: Screwed directly into a threaded hole machined into the machine body or manifold block.

  2. Panel Mounting: Fixed through clearance holes on plates or pneumatic cabinets using dedicated locking nuts.

  3. Traditional Mounting: External mounting via an angle support bracket.

Typical Applications

CH Series cartridge cylinders are particularly suited for:

  • Micro-mechanical clamping, stopping, or positioning devices.

  • High-density assembly lines.

  • Packaging, pharmaceutical, and textile machinery.

  • Small grippers and handling heads.
