Air-driven PumpsHP Series
- Extremely robust construction: Heavy-duty structure designed to withstand continuous duty cycles and severe stresses.
- Anti-extrusion seals: Special seals developed to ensure maximum hydraulic sealing and prevent leaks even at peak operating pressures.
- Anti-corrosion treatment: Heads and hydraulic components surface-treated to resist oxidation and wear.
- High-performance check valve: Integrated high-precision valve to ensure discharge pressure retention and prevent backflow.
- Flexible installation: Suitable for both wall mounting (via brackets) and submersed mounting (on the tank lid).
General Description
HP Series air-operated hydraulic pumps are designed to deliver extremely high hydraulic pressures with low compressed air consumption. Built for heavy industrial use, they are ideal for actuating high-pressure cylinders and tools, maintaining line hydraulic load, and operating in complex environments where maximum reliability and safety are required.
Operating Principle
HP Series pumps operate on the differential area principle: the energy from compressed air pressure is converted into thrust by a large-section pneumatic piston. The resulting force is then converted into hydraulic pressure energy via an integral hydraulic piston.
