Hydraulic Speed ControlRI Series
The RI Series hydraulic speed controller is designed to precisely and progressively control and reduce the movement speed of pneumatic cylinders. Thanks to its closed-loop hydraulic adjustment system, it provides stable, smooth, and easily adjustable motion, even in automation applications requiring accurate stroke control.
The controller is normally installed in combination with a pneumatic cylinder and allows the speed to be controlled during the extension and/or retraction phases. The exclusive oil flow adjustment system enables extremely precise regulation, ensuring high movement repeatability and helping to reduce vibrations, impacts, and oscillations throughout the working cycle.
Configurations for Every Requirement
The RI Series is available in different configurations to meet a wide range of application requirements:
- Extension control, to control the speed during rod extension.
- Retraction control, to control the speed during rod retraction.
- Dual control, to independently control the speed in both directions.
- Versions with Skip valve, allowing rapid movement during a specific phase of the stroke.
- Versions with Stop valve, providing controlled stopping of the movement.
- Versions with Skip + Stop valves, combining both functions in a single solution.
